2008 Eden Wood Center Rental Rates
MEETING SPACE:
Meeting room and banquet facilities are available in the Eden Wood Center Lodge. Facilities for up to 150 people with a dividing wall for smaller groups and breakout areas. We also have a number of cabins we use for meeting space for smaller groups.
Meeting Space Rental Rates $75.00 - $295.00 per day (up to eight hours) or $25.00 - $55.00 per hour. Full catering services available.
Lodging Rates:
Birchwood Cabin & Dorm (Minimum occupancy – 15 persons)
Respite has Birchwood, so there is limited availability
Weekend Rate - $40.00/person (2nd night $25.00)
Weekday Rate - $30.00/person (2nd night $15.00)
Lions Den Cabin (Minimum occupancy – 10 persons)
Weekend Rate - $30.00/person (2nd night $15.00)
Weekday Rate - $25.00/person (2nd night $10.00)
Bedding - $9.00/person
(Includes sheets/pillow/pillow case/quilts/towel/washcloth)
Meal prices
Con’t Breakfast-$4.50+$.50 with fresh fruit
EW Brkfst $6.25
Brunch - $7.95
Lunch - $6.95 (spaghetti lunch or dinner $7.00)
Lunch/ Dinner Buffet $9.30
*Please note that if a group wants something special for their meal, out of the ordinary menu, meal prices may differ. Also, the minimum for meals is a group of 15 or the group can have option for less BUT must pay for 15 people.
Snacks per Person
Coffee, Lemonade, ice tea or hot chocolate $.75
Associated snacks (chips, pop corn or pretzels) $.75
Cookies $1.75
Associated nuts $2.00
Bottled water or pop $2.00 (based on usage)
A full catering menu is available for special events, day rentals and snacks.
Audio Visual Equipment
TV/VCR, overhead projectors, screens; flip chart stands are available at no charge.
Grounds Fee
Grounds fee of $5.00 will be charged for each person joining a group, but not staying overnight (this if for a full day). The number of Day use guests must be provided to Conference Coordinator in advance of the contract dates. Space may not be available to add day rate guests, please call ahead to make arrangements.
