Fees

COST is the actual amount it costs Friendship Ventures to provide one week of camp for an individual. Those who can afford to pay this amount are encouraged to do so.

DISCOUNT FEE is the subsidized amount for those who cannot afford to pay the cost. Scholarships are also available; complete the scholarship grant application to determine qualification. For more information about scholarships, contact our office. Financial assistance is available on a limited basis.

Payment Options

• Fees may be paid in full on or before the first day of the session you’ve selected.
• Interest-free monthly premiums that are billed monthly until your balance is paid or up to six months after your session, whichever comes first. The minimum monthly payment is $75.
• Interest-free single billing, with the full amount due within 30 days after your session.

Cancellations
All fees paid in advance will be refunded in full if notice of cancellation is received in our office 30 days prior to the applicant's session.  If less than 30 days notice is received, all but the $250 registration deposit will be refunded. If you did not include the deposit with your registration AND fail to cancel at least 30 days in advance of the session, you will be billed for the deposit amount of $250.
