How you can help Friendship Ventures provide more services
to more children and adults with disabilities

Donor Choice

If you work for the federal or state government or your workplace participates in a United Way campaign, designate your contribution to Friendship Ventures, Friendship Foundation or Children's Disability Service Association (a division of Friendship Ventures).

Capital Campaign
Our latest capital campaign is already more than half way to its goal, with great initial successes already completed.

Gift Planning
Establish a permanent legacy through the Friendship Foundation, a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization that encourages, receives and manages bequests and planned charitable gifts on behalf of Friendship Ventures.

Donate a Used Vehicle
Donating a used vehicle is a great way to support Friendship Ventures.

Donate Used Goods
By donating items you no longer use, you’ll be helping Friendship Ventures provide essential services to children and adults with disabilities.

Gifts like these are what have allowed many other badly needed projects, large and small, to go forward.

Volunteer or Recruit Others
More than 1,000 volunteers are needed each year to support Friendship Ventures programming. Join us, or, if you know high school or college students, retirees or others looking for a unique and rewarding experience, tell them about Friendship Ventures.  Volunteer opportunities are available for individuals and groups age 14 and up.

Matching gifts 
Did you know that over half of all companies, large and small, offer to match emloyee gifts to charitable organizations? To find out whether your company has a matching gifts program, check with the human resources department. If so, ask for the necessary forms, fill out your sections and forward the forms to Friendship Ventures. We'll fill out our section and work with your company to complete the process.

Make wishes come true
Our staff members compile an annual wish list of specific items needed for our camping, respite and travel programs, including art supplies, recreation equipment, musical instruments and more.
